If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The product is expired at the time of delivery
• The product is missing items as per your order
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the issue is quality-related.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened food or treats
• Grooming items that have been opened or used
• Customized products
• Products purchased under clearance or final sale
3. Return Request Timeline
Return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests raised after this period may not be supported.
4. Process for Return / Refund
To raise a request, please contact us via:

Please share the following details:
• Order ID
• Product images or videos
• Description of the issue
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.
If approved:
• Pickup will be arranged (wherever available)
• Refund will be processed after product inspection
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through:
• Original payment method, or
• ForPet store credit (preferred)
Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
Timelines may vary depending on your bank.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Returns apply only under eligible conditions
7. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• We will replace it at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund
An unboxing video is mandatory to validate such claims.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Shipping Costs
• Eligible returns: Free pickup
• Ineligible returns: Shipping costs borne by the customer
If pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you may be asked to ship the product manually.
Approved return shipping charges may be reimbursed.
10. Special Conditions
We reserve the right to:
• Deny claims if found fraudulent
• Modify the policy in case of misuse
• Update this policy at any time without prior notice
