Refund policy
Forpet exists to make pets happy and ease paw-renting. Our goal is to help pets and their parents live healthy, joyful lives by offering thoughtfully curated products sourced from trusted manufacturers in India and abroad.
Our policies are designed to build long-term trust. Subject to the conditions below, if a product purchased from Forpet is flawed or unsuitable, we will repair, replace, or issue Forpet Store Credit.
If you no longer want a product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product and packaging must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
A reverse pickup fee applies. If pickup is unavailable in your area, the product must be shipped to our warehouse at your own cost.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided except in specific cases.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and a mandatory unboxing video.
When Returns / Replacements Are Not Accepted
Even for non-returnable items, we will review your concern. However, the final decision lies with Forpet.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
• Product is used or altered
• Original packaging or labels are missing
• Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
• Images/videos are not shared within 48 hours
Each product is eligible for one exchange only. If the replacement product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Note: Dog shoes, clothes, and all customizable products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Eligibility
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or faulty:
• Food, treats, and supplements
• Personalized or engraved products
• Beds, mats, sofas, blankets
• Toys, litter, trays, accessories
• Cat furniture and scratchers
• Grooming products
• Leashes and harnesses

Additional Conditions
• Only one return or exchange per product
• Second-time requests are not permitted
• Reverse pickup fee: ₹100–₹150 per product
• Customized products are strictly non-returnable
Denial of Store Credit / Exchange
Store credit or exchange will be denied if:
• Product is returned without original packaging
• Product is worn, unclean, or damaged (unless defective)
After inspection, you may request the item back at your own cost. Unclaimed products will be donated.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may accept or reject delivery.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued after return & inspection.
COD Orders: No refunds or store credit if delivery is rejected.
ForPet Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a credit invoice after the product is received.
• Valid for 3 months
• One-time use only
• Non-transferable
How to Redeem:
• Place a new order using COD
• Share the new Order ID
• Credit amount will be adjusted before dispatch
How to Place a Return Request
Email us with product images, unboxing video, and order details. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs borne by the customer are non-refundable.
