Welcome to FORPET! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FORPET (operated by Acoustika India Private Limited). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have consented to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

We strive for accurate product representation; however, colors and appearance may vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or exactly match images shown.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are accepted only after your payment is received and processed and we issue an order confirmation.
If we change, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email/phone/billing address you provided.
Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy (see Links below).
You represent your purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export.
4. PRICES & BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order and shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, customs, and import duties.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase/payment details and to promptly update them when they change. You warrant that (i) your payment info is true and authorized; (ii) your card issuer will honor charges; and (iii) you will pay all amounts due, including taxes and shipping.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Any delivery times shown are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand over products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

All trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, audio/video, and the design and arrangement of the Services are owned by FORPET, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
FORPET is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales are directly between you and FORPET. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases and transactions with us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and use of the Services.
10. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Links below). Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the platform. 11. FEEDBACK

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FORPET (and Shopify, as applicable), and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
19. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any policies posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements or communications.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.
21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
